The month of love doesn’t have to stop at romance. Instead, take advantage of two opportunities to paint true unconditional love with Starling Artistry. Paws, Paint and Pints give animal lovers a chance to immortalize their pet in paint while enjoying alcoholic refreshments if they so choose.

For those looking for Valentine’s Day plans, Starling Artistry’s Paws, Paint and Pints will be at Drumconrath Brewing from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 and must be purchased on Eventbrite before the event.

The price includes the paints, canvas, brushes and a beverage to enjoy while painting.

After paying for your ticket, you must send the photo of your pet you want to recreate to Lrenstarling@gmail.com along with the date of the event and your name. Your spot isn’t reserved until both payment and your pet’s photo are received.

This is because Starling sketches a basic drawing of your pet on the 11×14 canvas prior to the event. This helps jumpstart the painting process and also means that the tickets are non-refundable.

Even those without a pet of their own are welcome to attend and paint any animal they want. They still are required to send a photo to Starling Artistry before the event.

If you are planning on attending with someone else or a group, Starling asks that you include the names of your group member(s) in the email with your photo so that you are seated next to each other.

Already have plans for Valentine’s Day? Fear not. Starling Artistry will be leading another Paws, Paints and Pints at Front Street Taproom Feb. 24 at 5:30 p.m. Tickets for this event are $40 and all other information remains the same.

Both events do not allow your pets to accompany you to the event.
