Sometimes coffee just doesn’t cut it when we’re running on low energy. So, what’s a healthy alternative to the candy you’ve been dreaming about binging on in the vending machine? Ta-da I present, five-ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites! A great alternative to snack on when you’re on the go between classes!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp – Honey

2/3 Cup – Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup – Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 Cup – Oats

1/2 Cup – Ground Flax Seed

To Make:

Simply combine all the ingredients into one bowl, stir, and place in the fridge to harden for the sake of being easier to roll (this is optional), and roll into an estimated 12 bites.
