The first live-action Star Wars show does not disappoint.

Disney+ has launched in the U.S. and it has already made its mark on the streaming world. Almost everything from Pixar, Marvel, Disney, National Geographic and “Star Wars” is available.

With so much content and so many franchises to choose from on top of the original content for the streaming service, it is hard to decide what to watch first.

What is worth the watch on Disney+ and what is a waste of time?

That is where this handy guide comes in. It will help you decide what is actually worth it.

‘The Mandalorian’

The first live-action “Star Wars” show was available at launch on the service and it does not disappoint. Currently, only a couple of episodes are available as Disney is doing weekly releases instead of releasing content all in one go.

“The Mandalorian” tells the tale of a Mandalorian bounty hunter in a post-“Return of the Jedi” galaxy. The empire has fallen apart and what remains is a galaxy not quite knowing what to do next or who to turn to.

The show is very much a Western at heart and it shines with that. Just imagine a Western in the “Star Wars” galaxy. It sounds like pure gold, and it is.

The acting is good, the effects are just as good as any of the films and the writing is on par with the best films. It is a worthy addition to the “Star Wars” canon, just make sure to avoid spoilers.

‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’

When this show was announced, people were worried that it would just be a remake of the cult classic “High School Musical” film series, but as a TV show.

That is not what it is at all.

This show tells the story of the high school where the films were filmed. The school has never put on a production of the films for their musical, and the drama teacher is here to change that.

It is filmed as a mockumentary, like “The Office” and “Parks and Recreation”. The show has everything you want in a high school drama: love, betrayal, secrets and a lot of singing.

They don’t just sing the songs from “High School Musical” either. Brand new songs were created for this show and they are pretty good. So, check it out because it can be a pretty good time.

‘The Simpsons’

All 30 seasons of the cult phenomenon are available on the streaming service. That’s right, 30 seasons.

While the seasons vary in quality, with the most recent ones not being as good, they are definitely worth the watch. It may take a while to get through all 30 seasons, but Thanksgiving break is soon, so that will be the perfect time to just sit and watch our favorite Springfield family.

Disney Channel shows

All your childhood shows are present on the platform just waiting for a nostalgia-filled binge session. The shows are just as good as you remember.

For fans of wizards, the much-beloved “Wizards of Waverly Place” is here. Every season of the spell-filled show is available, plus the film and the reunion “Alex vs. Alex” special. So, strap in and enjoy this show once again.

If “Wizards” wasn’t your style, don’t worry because “Suite Life of Zack and Cody” and “Suite Life on Deck” are both here along with the movie. The twin shenanigans are just as great and funny as they were years ago.

Maybe you were more of a “Jessie” fan. Well, that is here to for all your viewing pleasure.

All of those shows you loved or will learn to love are here, all waiting for your next big marathon.

There are so many shows and movies on Disney+ that we can’t run down every single good one in one article.
